30-Day Returns and Exchanges

melin offers a 30-day no-reason return and exchange period for eligible items. Contact support@melincraft.shop within 30 days after delivery before sending anything back.

For approved no-reason returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and quality issues, melin pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free return arrangement.

Eligibility

Returned merchandise must be in a condition that allows reasonable inspection and must include the components and packaging supplied with the order when reasonably possible.

Customized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable unless applicable law requires otherwise or the item is defective.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, the order is handled under this Refund Policy.
