Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship? We ship only within the United States.
Is shipping free? Yes. Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
How long does delivery take? Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days.
Will I receive tracking? Yes. A tracking number is sent after shipment.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item without giving a reason? Yes, for eligible items within 30 days after delivery.
Who pays return shipping? melin pays approved return shipping for no-reason returns, exchanges, and quality-related returns.
When is a refund issued? Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Which items are not returnable? Customized products, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive goods, except where law requires otherwise or the item is defective.
Orders, Payments, and Products
Can I cancel an order? An order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
Which payment methods are accepted? Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover in USD, subject to the methods displayed at checkout.
How are taxes handled? Applicable taxes are collected as required by law.
